Vibeo offers subscription plans and in-app purchases for premium templates and features. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after a purchase has been completed, except as required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing paid features for more than 48 hours and we are unable to resolve it, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
